So Obama made it brilliantly through the campaign; the same cannot be said for the U.S. economy. Obama's " Rescue Plan for the Middle Class ," released amid financial turmoil in mid-October, offers a glimpse of the policies an Obama administration will advance to deal with recession. The centerpiece of this plan, at least in terms of expense, is a jobs tax credit designed to spur employment growth over the next two years. read more (link)
