Carlyle to Pay $20 Million to Resolve Cuomo Inquiry

The Carlyle Group will pay $20 million in a settlement with Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo of New York and has agreed to broad changes in its practices as part of his office's continuing pension corruption inquiry, Mr. Cuomo said Thursday.
