S.E.C. Appoints Hedge Fund Veteran as Adviser
The Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday named Richard Bookstaber, a veteran hedge fund executive whose 2007 book predicted a financial crisis arising from financial derivatives, as a senior policy adviser.
